This Privacy Policy explains how fastrelease collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our SaaS platform. fastrelease is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) boilerplate built for developers who want to launch SaaS products faster.
Accounts are required to access fastrelease. Passwords are stored only in hashed or encrypted form. Authentication data is used solely to secure access to the platform.
Payments are processed by Stripe. fastrelease does not store credit card details. We retain only necessary billing metadata such as subscription status and Stripe IDs.
Transactional emails (account, billing, security notifications) are sent via Mailgun. Mailgun processes email data as a data processor on our behalf.
Personal data is stored only as long as required for contractual and legal purposes and is deleted or anonymized after account deletion.
Data processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data.
